STILLMOTION / INFORMATION
Terms & video license
Using the service
You may browse the collection and download low-resolution versions without an account. Original-resolution downloads require an account and a completed payment. Keep your account credentials private and do not attempt to bypass download restrictions, copy private signed links for others, or interfere with the service.
Video license
Proposed production license: after a permitted download, you receive a non-exclusive right to incorporate the video into personal and commercial projects, such as websites, presentations and finished videos. You may not resell or redistribute the original file as stock footage, transfer it to another stock library, or claim ownership of the original work. Content-specific releases and restrictions must be disclosed on the video’s listing. The operator must confirm it has the rights needed to grant this license.
The optional sample collection has source and CC0 metadata in the accompanying credits. Their original license applies; this proposed production license does not restrict rights already granted under CC0.
Payments and delivery
The currency and price are shown before checkout. Stripe handles the payment. Access is enabled after payment confirmation, which may not be immediate. Your purchased downloads remain available through your account while the service and content are offered. Download links expire for security; you can request a new link through your library.
Refunds and consumer rights
If a purchase cannot be delivered or a file is defective, contact the operator using the support details that must be published before launch. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final refund policy must address the consumer and digital-content rules in the countries served.
Your panoramic photos
You retain ownership of your uploads. You give the service permission to store and process them only to provide the conversion and downloads you request. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions, including permission relating to identifiable people or protected content. Full rotations require a genuine 360° panorama; visible seams in the source may remain in the video.
Publishing uploaded videos
If you select “I want the created video to be public,” you request that Stillmotion consider the resulting video for publication and grant Stillmotion a non-exclusive licence to host, display, market, distribute and license the approved video through the service. Selecting the option does not guarantee publication.
Every video submitted for publication is subject to mandatory editorial, technical and rights review before it may be published. Stillmotion may decline, delay, suspend or remove a video that does not meet its quality, technical, legal, safety or marketplace standards. Review does not transfer responsibility for the content or confirm that you hold all necessary rights.
For an approved video, the applicable royalty percentage will be determined with regard to factors including content quality and the number of qualifying downloads. The percentage will ordinarily range from 20% to 50% of the royalty calculation basis disclosed for the applicable creator programme. The applicable rate may be adjusted prospectively as those factors change.
Royalties earned from qualifying downloads will be credited to the royalty balance associated with the author’s account, subject to applicable refunds, reversals, taxes, reporting periods and payout rules. The applicable calculation basis, rate, reporting schedule and payout conditions must be communicated to the author before publication.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files, content that infringes another person’s rights, or intimate imagery without consent. The operator may restrict misuse and respond to valid rights complaints. A copyright and abuse contact must be provided before launch.
Availability and governing law
Rendering depends on photo format and service availability. The operator’s legal identity, support contact, governing law, dispute process and any permitted liability limitations remain to be supplied and reviewed. Material changes to the final terms must be communicated as required by applicable law.
