Privacy & cookies
What we collect
We collect your Auth0 user identifier and verified email address, your purchase records, and photos you choose to upload. We also process essential request information to prevent abuse and operate the service. Do not upload photos containing personal information you do not have permission to share.
Why we use it
We use account information to authenticate you, purchase records to provide access to your downloads, and your uploaded photos to generate the videos you request. Uploads and generated videos are private to your account and are not automatically added to the public collection. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
Service providers
Auth0 manages registration, login, email verification and password recovery. Stillmotion does not collect or store your password. Amazon Web Services stores media. Stripe processes payment details on its hosted checkout; Stillmotion does not receive your payment information. The configured database and hosting providers process account records and technical logs.
Cookies and local storage
An essential HttpOnly session cookie keeps registered users signed in. We store your cookie preference in this browser. Optional marketing and advertising cookies are disabled by default; you can accept or reject them and change your choice at any time using . Video previews, thumbnails and downloads are retrieved directly from private Amazon S3 storage through temporary signed links. Fonts load from Google, which receives network request information such as your IP address.
Retention and your choices
You can log out to revoke your current session. The operator must publish its account, upload, generated-video, purchase and backup retention schedules and provide a working privacy contact before launch. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, object to processing, or make a privacy complaint. Purchase records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
